The following ministries play an important role in the district, although they are not all funded or controlled at the district level.

Bear Creek Regional Camp - a regional rustic camp located near Marianna
Basic Lay Speakers - A ministry of laity to train leaders at the local church level
Certified Lay Speakers - A ministry of laity to provide leadership at the distrcit level, including leading in worship and speaking from the pulpit throughout the district.
Healing Place Ministries: Hope II - A national ministry to elderly victims of crime, with a branch in Pine Bluff
